Atalanta Siegel currently is an MFA Acting Candidate at the University of Georgia. She teaches Acting on Camera and Voices of Diversity in Theatre at the undergraduate level.
She began acting at age twelve in Henry IV: Part One, began teaching stage combat in high school, and has held a career dedicated to theater, film, and storytelling ever since. While mainly pursuing acting, she has held other titles including director, fight captain, intimacy advisor, teacher, and text coach. She believes that all artists exist in a community and have a responsibility to foster growth, empathy, and fortitude within those communities through our craft. She is interested in supporting new work, rediscovering the wisdom of classics for a modern audience, and breaking boundaries through laughter. A team player valuing all the artistic contributions that go into any production.
